We are Amelia and Sarah!

We are two committed nonprofit badasses. We’ve worked together for over 15 years, doing basically every nonprofity thing you can think of. We’ve been fortunate enough to have huge successes (and some equally huge fuckups--great learning opportunities!).

Sarah has over fifteen years experience in the nonprofit sector.
She has extensive experience in all areas of organizations from program management to development.
In addition, Sarah has provided development and strategic planning services to a diverse group of organizations. She is passionate about nonprofits and the value that they bring to communities.
Sarah has a BA in business management as well as a JD and Masters of Public Administration.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys music, running, cursing like a sailor, and unicorns.
Amelia has served over twenty years in the nonprofit industry. 
She has experience in senior management roles most recently as the Executive Director of a National Mission.
Leadership development is Amelia’s passion. Because only leaders can produce leaders, she is intentional about this process. 
She has her BA and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree.
Amelia recently discovered spare time and has not a clue on what to do with it.  Stay tuned.
